Sage Intacct Viewing Licensed Users
This article shows how a Sage Intacct system admin can check the active users on the account. Sage Intacct has two user types: Business and Employee users.
To view the user list, Admin privileges and a Business User license are required.
A Business User consumes 1 Business User license.
Employee User licenses may only be purchased in packs of 10.
Instructions
Go to Company > Admin Tab > Users
To view Business Users, filter by entering “Business” in the “User type” column
For Employee User, filter by entering “employee” in the “User type” column
The user list can be exported.
By default, the list only shows active users.
