Create a Helpdesk Account

To open a new ticket or view existing tickets, sign up for an account at


Sign up instructions:

  1. Click on the “Log in” button.

  2. Click on the link “Sign up”.

  3. Provide your email address.

  4. Click the “Send link” button and you will receive the following email.

  5. Provide your full name and set a password. Account set up is now complete.

Click on the “Requests” button to see your existing tickets.

If you already have an Atlassian account for projects, note that it will initiate a single sign on session using your existing credentials.
